Principal Art Studio - Paint Parties

Book your private party today. Adults and kids (ages 6-13).   All materials and a pre-traced 16X20 canvas are supplied. Step-by-step instructions provided for a stress free evening. Cost: $40 (adult) and $25 (kid) (pre-pay to reserve seat).

I am SO grateful to have the opportunity to work with you and your gathering! Social art events are such a great way to connect and have a great time creating something that evokes memories every time you look at it. It will cause you to remember all the chuckles, the fun, and the anticipation of how it would turn out! And to be sure, even if you’re unaware, it’s a tangible connection with the Creator as you paint away at your masterpiece. Creating is very healing! We live in a world that is on a constant go and that can cause a lot of stress! As you and your gathering (business or personal) come and paint together you will be able to tune out the demanding world behind you! For a little while, your event will offer a respite for your attendees! When beginning Principal Art Studio, it was my desire to share God’s love through art! So let's get started!
I will make your painting/project experience as easy as I can. I will walk you through step by step supporting you all the entire way! I want everyone to leave feeling good about what they’ve created and feeling good about themselves! Below is important information on how your event will work.
Here are some things guidelines to help your event run smoothly: • Sharon S Dye, owner of Principal Art Studios (PAS), is not responsible for accidents to person, clothing, furniture, or artwork before, during or after the event, as a consequence of hosting. • A participant minimum is required. There must be at least _10____ people participating for home events. (I will work with you on how to invite your guests). The cost per person is $__40__ for a minimum of $_$400___ to hold the event. The event will be cancelled/rescheduled if: A) the min paid participants are not met within _4__ days of the event (date_ or B) the min fee of $_______ is not remitted to me, by the host, on date___________. • Travel: 20 miles= $15 Anything over is $.75 mile based on google maps from 406 Stone Street, Wrens, GA 30833. Calculation are based on one way only. ***If a participant paid and could not attend, they are eligible for a refund. They should contact me to inform me which of the following ways they would like refund. Please inform all participants that you invite. The host is responsible for communicating this to their guests. The refund will be issued in one of two ways: A) In the form of admittance to another comparable event within six (6) months B) In the form of a kit that includes the painting or project they paid to complete and step by step instructions. • Some events can be scheduled with short notice when I have the supplies on hand. Most commonly, I request 2-3 weeks lead time. This will allow me to buy any supplies, prepare the mediums for your group. This will also give you plenty of time to network and market to get the word out and encourage pre-paid committed participants. • If participants are responsible for their own payments, I can: A) Create a Facebook event with a link to register and pay. Or, B) Using email addresses, you collect, I can email blast a link to register and pay. All participants must pre-pay before the event in order to hold their canvas and seat. We will correspond the week of the party to make sure I have enough items prepared for your guests.
INFO FOR THE HOST
******Tables and Chairs are the responsibility of the host. PAS will provide 16x20 canvases, painting smocks, paint brushes, paint, easels, music, door prizes, and any other pertinent materials. A designated area to wash brushes will be needed. • Most paintings are designed for adults and events can last 2-3 hours. • On the day of the event, I will be there approximately one hour before the party is to set up and make sure everything is ready to start promptly at the designated time. I require photos or a visit to look at your locale/building so I can get a feel of what I will need to bring to set up for the party. (Please let me know if tables are round or rectangle in shape) • We will be starting promptly at the designated time. It is difficult to catch people up if they are late. If they are 5-10 minutes early would be great, then they can choose their seat and be ready to get started. • I will provide all supplies for the art event. • If you have any questions, please feel free to call or text me at: 706-466-0244. I want to do anything I can to make your event a success. • If there are at least 11 participants, the host paints free for home parties. You can participate or give it as a gift. For events at churches, restaurants, etc.. there is a minimum of 15 participants. The host paints free with 16 painters. • You will need to contact me of any changes immediately. I have read all of these requirements, understand them and agree to follow them. You agree to host this Social Art event.
